khasa Rasodha is a venture created as a result of my passion towards cooking and growing professionally on my own. It is a Cloud Kitchen which will be providing take away services.
In this tough time of Pandemic, this type of venture is very much feasible as there may be frequent lockdown and restrictions for Dine-in Restaurants and on the other hand very helpful for us to follow the norms strictly.
The menu is a combination of Vegetarian and Non- vegetarian cuisine consisting of a mixture of Punjabi and Rajasthani delicacies.
We offer a wide variety of food from starters, gravy dishes (veg and non-veg) and Breads, and Rice. The chef specializes in the non-vegetarian cuisine and that is what the USP of our kitchen.
With focus on working sustainably, we aim to build a kitchen which will follow healthy waste dumping practices and wise resource utilization like water and other raw materials.
Since my childhood, I had a passion towards cooking and found myself inspired by various cooking sessions.Now, when it was time to choose a career path, I was clear in my head that engineering is not something I want to take up.
I wanted to select a different route for my journey and decided to begin a career in the cooking field. Upon more research, I understood that the industry is called as Hospitality industry which is a boom in the coming years.
I graduated from IHM Meerut and completed my course by 2018. During my course I had the opportunity of interning at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur for a few months.
After my course completion, I was selected by The Oberoi’s and placed at The Udaivillas, Udaipur. Since, Udaivillas is a resort 5-star property, I got the best of exposure to various processes.
As part of my tenure in Udaivillas, I have grabbed many achievements like Rivayat-e-Dakshin (Best cooked South Indian Dishes), CEO Award for best management skills, Team of the quarters, Employee of the month, etc.
As part of customer engagement, I have conducted numerous Cook with Chef sessions where the customers were taken through the recipe preparation and presentation process.
My team has handled various massive weddings including the Piramal wedding of Mr. Ambani’s daughter which was hosted for a span of three days and more than 1500 delicacies were prepared.
With my mind wired in the Entrepreneurial format, I have now decided to start my own venture named khasa Rasodha.
